Marie Kim Almanord, MSN, APRN, FNP-C


I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. My experience includes primary care, gastroenterology, surgery, hospital medicine, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

Throughout my career, I’ve cared for patients in outpatient clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities. These experiences have taught me that excellent healthcare goes beyond treating illness—it means listening, educating, building trust, and empowering patients to take charge of their health.

I founded Uplift Community Health Center because I wanted to create a practice where patients receive personalized attention without feeling rushed. My goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care while helping every patient feel valued, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
